Functions and Responsibilities
- Within a geographic area, responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects.
- Develops a deep knowledge of the sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Uses prior experience and acquired business expertise to execute policies/strategies.
- Has a thorough understanding of key business drivers and uses this understanding to perform own work. Understands how the work of their own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Most decisions are made within a defined framework, but has some autonomy in final decisions related to a project, product line, market, sales process, or customers. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to resolve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytical thinking needed to solve problems. - A position at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills. Basic Qualifications
- For roles outside the U.S., this role requires extensive experience in FUNCTION and Sales. The level of knowledge is equivalent to that obtained with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or institute (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles within the U.S., a bachelor’s degree [in X discipline(s)] from an accredited university or institute (or a high school diploma/GE HealthCare Digital with at least 4 years of experience in FUNCTION).
