GE헬스케어 조영제사업부에서 수도권지역의 조영제영업을 담당하실 차부장급을 채용합니다. 대형병원 위주의 제약영업을 담당하신 13년 이상의 후보자를 선호하며 조영제 제품/ 영상장비에 대한 이해도가 있으신 분을 선호합니다.
Lead Generation and Sales Conversion:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Research and target prospective customers to create a robust sales pipeline to hand over to the account managers.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and to explore additional sales opportunities.
Sales Administration to enable team collaboration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
Use Salesforce effectively to generate data driven insights to share and discuss with the Account Manager/Clinical Sales.
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving sales goals.
Key requirements for success
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Min +13years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Skills Required
- 13+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and Salesforce
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
