Your Impact
The Account Lead, Creative Operations (Lowe's Media Network) serves as the primary creative account partner for assigned clients and merchandising teams. This role operates as a creative account manager within LMN, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to guide campaign planning, creative production, and delivery across integrated advertising programs.
The Account Lead ensures creative execution aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards, and operational workflows while delivering a seamless experience for clients and internal teams.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary creative account partner for assigned Lowe's Media Network clients and merchandising teams, supporting creative planning, production, and execution across campaigns.
- Act as the day-to-day creative account manager, translating client objectives and campaign strategies into actionable creative plans and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Sales, Ad Operations, and external agency partners to ensure alignment with client goals, brand standards, and campaign requirements.
- Own campaign timelines and creative deliverables from intake through asset readiness, ensuring creative assets are completed on time and ready for trafficking.
- Partner with internal teams and agencies to refine workflows across the ad lifecycle, driving continuous process and operational improvements.
- Leverage campaign data and reporting insights to identify performance trends, process gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with capacity and portfolio planning teams to assess project feasibility, balance workload, and optimize resource allocation.
- Anticipate and mitigate execution risks, providing solutions that maintain campaign quality, speed, and client satisfaction.
- Resolve day-to-day project challenges with a focus on efficiency, cost effectiveness, and value creation.
- Deliver a high-quality client experience through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strong attention to detail.
- Ensure creative deliverables meet client expectations, uphold brand integrity, and are properly documented and stored.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 7 years of overall Marketing experience
- 3-5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, account management, or integrated marketing
- 1 year of experience managing end-to-end creative campaigns and multiple concurrent projects
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies
- Ability to use data or reporting to improve processes and workflows
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience in retail media, advertising, or media environments
- Familiarity with creative production and ad trafficking workflows
