本ポジションでは、東京近郊における従業員数200〜599名規模の中堅企業を中心としたお客様に対し、地区ごとに割り当てられたテリトリーのオーナーとして、営業戦略の立案から新規顧客への提案、既存顧客へのアップセル・クロスセルまでを担っていただきます。
主な営業先は、経営者や役員などのビジネスリーダー層です。単なる製品提案にとどまらず、お客様の経営課題や将来実現したい姿に向き合い、コンサルティング要素の強い営業活動を行うことができます。
Your Impact・担当テリトリーにおいて、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー企業と連携しながら、新規顧客開拓および既存顧客の深耕を推進していただきます。
・お客様の課題解決に加え、将来的に実現したい姿やあるべき姿を捉え、Trusted Advisorとして本質的な価値提案を行っていただきます。
・製品の出荷や納品に関わる業務に多くの時間を費やすことなく、お客様の成功に向けた提案活動に集中できる環境です。
・提案先の多くはCEOクラスを含む経営層となるため、経営に直結する提案力や商談推進力を身につけることができます。
・決裁者に直接提案する機会が多いため、商談発生から契約までのスパンが比較的短く、営業として多くのクロージング経験を積むことができます。
・将来的なキャリアパスとして、General Business(従業員規模600〜1,999名)、Enterprise Business Unit(従業員規模2,000名以上)へのステップアップも可能です。
Basic Requirements・IT業界における法人営業経験5年以上
・目標達成に向けて、案件発掘手段や優先順位付け、営業プロセスを自ら確立し、実践してきた方
・個人目標金額を持つ営業経験をお持ちの方
・自己成長意欲が高く、変化を前向きに楽しめる柔軟性をお持ちの方
・顧客第一のマインドと予算達成への強いこだわりを持ち、主体的かつアクティブに行動できる方

Skills Required
- 5+ years of corporate (B2B) sales experience in the IT industry
- Proven ability to establish and execute prospecting methods, prioritization and sales processes independently
