フルサイクル営業の遂行: 新規商談の創出から、製品デモによる価値提案、商談管理(CRM)、契約締結まで、営業プロセスの全フェーズを完結させます。
リソースのオーケストレーション: ソリューションエンジニア、製品サポート、マーケティングなどの社内リソースを巻き込み、顧客にとって最適なソリューションを構築します。
リレーションシップの構築: 顧客企業の経営層から現場担当者まで、多層的な関係性を構築・維持し、Tableauのファンを増やします。
インサイトの共有: 競合情報や市場のフィードバックを収集し、製品開発やマーケティング戦略へのインプットを行います。
Required Qualifications:
ソリューション営業の経験: 中小・中堅企業(SMB/Commercial領域)向けに、無形商材やITソリューションの提案営業経験(目安3年以上)。
圧倒的な目標達成意欲: 常に高い基準を自らに課し、活動量(コール、デモ、訪問)と質の双方からKPI・目標を達成してきた実績。
コミュニケーション能力: 複雑な技術的概念を、顧客のビジネス価値に翻訳して伝えられる高い言語化能力。
Preferred Qualifications:
SaaS/ソフトウェア業界経験: SaaSビジネスモデルへの深い理解、またはBI製品(Tableau、Power BI、Looker等)の知見。
Salesforceの活用経験: Salesforce CRMを用いたデータドリブンな営業管理の実践経験。
ツール活用スキル: Google Workspace、Slackを日常的に使いこなし、スピード感を持って業務を遂行できる方。
