As an Account Executive Intern, you will develop and oversee the execution of account plans for multiple accounts and works to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer that are on track with goals, budgets, and forecasts. You will understand customer drivers of digital transformation and leverages understanding to engage internal teams to accelerate the customer's digital transformation and strategy.

Responsibilities
You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
Develops an understanding of the customer's business and technology needs for top priorities for assigned accounts. If industry aligned, also learns about the customer's industry.
You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts. You share and recommend Microsoft solutions to customers, and develop value-proposition presentations and specialized business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate business and upsells.
You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field
- You must be legally authorised to work in Belgium at the time of application and for the duration of this paid internship. (Legally authorised = holder of Belgian, EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship, or already in possession of a valid visa and/or work permit permitting work in Belgium.)
- Fluency in English is required, together with fluency in either French or Dutch.

Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
Strong Desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft or competitor equivalent (e.g., AWS) certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, 365)
