Job Summary

Job Purpose: Sales and Marketing
This position is responsible for providing support to clients, Sales/Management, and Account Executives/Managers regarding client and business partner requests to include claim/data issues, recruitment campaigns, sales products, reports, or other types of inquiries and requests. Utilizing available resources to ensure a superior level of account and customer satisfaction.

This position is responsible for providing support to clients, Sales Manager, Brokers, and Account Executives regarding claim, billing, membership, or other types of inquiries and requests. Utilizing available resources to ensure a superior level of account and customer satisfaction.

Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience in the Dental, Ancillary or HealthCare benefit industry OR 6 years of business experience and 2 years experience in any of the following areas: Sales support, marketing, business analysis, and customer service.
*Experience in building and maintaining lasting relationships, with internal and external customers.
*Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
*Self-motivated, team player, customer focuse
