For our projects in Vietnam, we are looking for an: Accommodation Fit-Out Supervisor
As an Accommodation Fit-Out Supervisor, you are Royal IHC’s key point of contact at the shipyard. You oversee the outfitting and completion of accommodation areas on board vessels and ensure that all work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with local subcontractors, the shipyard organization, and colleagues from the project team.
Thanks to your technical expertise, hands-on approach, and natural leadership skills, you know how to bring people together and successfully deliver projects.
What will you do?
- Lead and supervise local subcontractors and installation crews.
- Monitor planning, progress, and quality of the work.
- Identify deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager and the project team in the Netherlands.
- Support technical issues and practical challenges on site.
- Assist with inspections, handovers, and project completion activities.
- Monitor and report on variation orders and additional work.
What do you bring?
- MBO+ or Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking, preferably in (ship) interior construction, outfitting, or a technical discipline.
- Experience as a Supervisor, Site Foreman, Superintendent, or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
- Willingness to work in an international rotation schedule (8 weeks on / 3 weeks off or 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off).
- A practical, independent, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of project-based working methods and quality control processes.

Skills Required
- Experience in interior construction, outfitting, or accommodation construction
- MBO+ or Bachelor's level of working and thinking
- Education preferably in (ship) interior construction, outfitting, or a technical discipline
- Experience as a Supervisor, Site Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role
- Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors
