Owns the technical definition and continuous improvement of the Beaver cutter suction dredger product line. The role maintains specifications and documentation, translates requirements into engineering work packages, leads technical modifications, manages improvement backlogs, and connects Product Management with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Services, and Quality. The specialist evaluates changes across safety, performance, manufacturability, maintainability, cost, and standardization while embedding lessons learned into the product standard.

Coordinate and maintain integrated project schedules for major capital projects. The Planner will gather progress data from engineering, procurement, and construction teams; update forecasts; identify critical paths, risks, and mitigation actions; support performance reporting; contribute to earned value tracking; and ensure compliance with project governance and safety standards.

Designs customized cutter suction dredger solutions during the pre-contract sales process. Analyzes customer requirements, develops technical concepts, coordinates engineering input, supports proposals with design studies and specifications, translates technical details into customer value propositions, and monitors dredging-market developments to improve products and solutions.

The Azure Integration Developer will create integration components and services on Azure, ensuring code quality, optimizing performance, and collaborating with international teams. Responsibilities include developing APIs, maintaining documentation, and participating in code reviews within Agile frameworks.

Manages a portfolio of medium-sized IT projects involving applications, integrations, identity management, lifecycle management, and enterprise systems. The Lead Azure Integration Developer will lead the offshore team, design robust integration solutions on Azure, and optimize performance and security while guiding developers in best practices.
