Lead and scale electric two-wheeler service operations: manage technicians and workshops, oversee diagnostics, repairs and preventive maintenance, set SLAs/KPIs, manage spare-parts and vendors, produce performance reports, drive process improvements and collaborate with Ops and Product to maximize fleet uptime and reduce costs.
