Use funnel analytics and ATS and sourcing tools to monitor pipeline health, improve hiring efficiency, and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

Lead end-to-end technical recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, data, security, product, and technology leadership roles. Partner with senior technology leaders to optimize hiring workflows, improve funnel performance, provide market intelligence, and resolve bottlenecks.
