Support HITRUST, SOC 2, HIPAA, and other compliance audits from planning through completion. Coordinate evidence collection, validate documentation, prepare auditor responses, manage request lists and remediation actions, support walkthroughs, and improve scalable audit-readiness processes. Partner with Information Security, Engineering, Legal, Product, People, Finance, and business teams to strengthen controls, documentation, reporting, and compliance operations.

Own and develop Zocdoc’s provider-facing WordPress website, including CMS architecture, custom components, templates, hosting, integrations, landing pages, A/B testing, and lead capture flows. Manage Marketo and Wistia integrations, perform cross-browser and performance QA, resolve issues, and establish scalable web development practices while collaborating with Marketing, Design, Data, product marketing, and external agencies.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and optimization of Finance Technology supporting strategic finance and FP&A. Own enterprise planning, forecasting, reporting, automation, financial modeling governance, and AI enablement. Translate finance needs into scalable technology solutions while partnering with Finance Systems, Data & Analytics Engineering, HR Systems, IT, and vendors. Evaluate investments, lead planning system implementations, manage cross-functional initiatives, and improve forecast accuracy, productivity, and decision-making.
