The Enterprise Sales Director will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, and collaborate across teams to enhance customer success.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the UK and Europe, from prospecting through contract close. Drive net-new revenue and strategic account expansion, exceed multi-million-dollar quotas, engage C-suite stakeholders, develop business cases, negotiate complex SaaS agreements, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, and collaborate with Solutions, Customer Success, and Product teams on strategic opportunities.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through contract negotiation, while delivering regional revenue targets and expanding strategic accounts. Build executive relationships, develop business cases, manage complex SaaS deals, forecast pipeline in the CRM, and collaborate with Solutions, Customer Success, Product, procurement, and channel partners. The role requires navigating long sales cycles, aligning solutions to customer IT roadmaps, and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements.

Develop end-to-end web applications using Zinier’s low-code/no-code platform, including modules, workflows, UI components, APIs, integrations, testing, security, performance optimization, and production support. Build AI- and LLM-powered capabilities using prompt flows, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows. Collaborate with product, design, architecture, and QA teams while following Git, CI/CD, code review, and automated testing practices.

Build automated quality frameworks for AI-powered backend services, APIs, microservices, and field-service workflows. Responsibilities include validating AI accuracy and hallucinations, creating evaluation datasets and regression frameworks, testing intelligent scheduling, performing performance and resilience testing, and integrating quality checks into CI/CD pipelines. The role requires collaboration with Backend, AI/ML, and Product teams.

Senior individual-contributor leading resolution of Sev1/Sev2 incidents, defining investigation frameworks, driving observability and reliability improvements, partnering with engineering on architecture, mentoring support engineers, and owning RCA, runbooks and executive incident briefings.

Build and own Zinier’s AWS-based medallion data platform, including canonical data models, CDC pipelines, ETL transformations, dimensional schemas, tenant isolation, governance, lineage, and self-service BI. Migrate divergent client schemas into a unified model, enable QuickSight reporting, and establish clean historical data foundations for AI/ML. Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Engineering, Customer Success, and AI teams while balancing scalable architecture with hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.

Own Zinier’s data and AI product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle. Define data requirements and products, including warehouses and lakes; write engineering-ready epics and stories; challenge architecture decisions; drive analytics for AI and agent interfaces; and coordinate with Platform, Engineering, Design, Security, and Legal in a global Scrum environment.

Own and grow partner relationships with system integrators, resellers, and technology partners. Enable partners with playbooks, training, and collateral; drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities via joint account planning and co-selling; support partner lifecycle from onboarding through business reviews; collaborate cross-functionally to scale the partner ecosystem and ensure customer success.

Lead data and AI product strategy: define data requirements, own data and AI initiatives end-to-end, write engineering-ready epics/stories, collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable data products, and drive analytics for LLM/agent interfaces.

Lead the QA department by defining quality vision, managing testing strategies, and enhancing automation practices while ensuring high-quality releases.

SDET-2 responsible for testing customer solutions on the Zinier platform, including creating test plans, scripting automation tests, and coordinating QA activities.

The role involves consulting, data analysis, and solution delivery for sales growth, engaging clients and internal teams across various phases of the sales cycle.
