Provide legal support across commercial, corporate and financing matters: draft/review NDAs and contracts, manage contract execution (DocuSign), maintain contract repository, assist company incorporations, KYC/AML due diligence, conduct legal research, develop templates, and support legal operations and administrative tasks.

Lead origination and execution of turnkey EV, battery and charging finance transactions across B2B and B2G customers. Develop financial models, assess and mitigate project finance/P3 risks, prepare investment committee papers, manage commercial negotiations and contracts, and mentor junior team members. Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, BD, technical sales and delivery to ensure bankable transactions and successful bid submissions for public and private tenders.

Lead monitoring and analysis of UK energy policy affecting battery energy storage; develop Zenobē policy positions and consultation responses; engage political stakeholders, regulators and industry groups; represent the company at forums and events; coordinate cross-business policy advice and support stakeholder engagement for projects.

Provide Spanish-market legal support on commercial, asset finance and contract matters. Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts, advise on regulatory, data protection and governance issues, manage external Spanish counsel, and support cross-border UK-Spain operations.

Lead FP&A strategic planning, scenario and capital allocation analysis; partner with leadership to translate financial insight into decisions; improve FP&A processes, models and tools; support M&A, underwriting and business development; mentor junior analysts and embed analytics/AI in finance to scale the team and support rapid geographic and product growth.

Lead development and embedding of OT standards, templates, and governance for SCADA, control systems, and OT networks across BESS projects. Provide hands-on technical delivery for design, testing, commissioning, and handover; manage integrators and engineers; ensure grid-code compliance, cybersecurity controls, and operational readiness while driving repeatable, scalable delivery practices.

Lead route-to-market and commercial origination for large-scale battery storage in Germany. Secure toll contracts, offtakes and hedges to de-risk revenues, manage RTM partnerships, support commercial negotiations, develop strategy and market insight, ensure bankability and contract compliance, and present value opportunities to the Investment Committee.

Design, secure and standardise OT network architecture for global BESS projects. Act as design authority, produce technical specifications, lead transformation, govern MSPs, ensure IT/OT segmentation and CNI compliance, and support project delivery and operational escalation.

Lead procurement and contract strategy for large battery energy storage (BESS) development projects, sourcing and negotiating multi-category contracts, developing procurement processes, building supplier relationships, supporting contract management and SRM, and driving continuous improvement across projects.

Lead route-to-market and commercial product strategy for large-scale battery storage in Germany (with UK support). Secure toll contracts, PPAs and hedges to de-risk portfolio revenues, manage RTM provider relationships, support deal negotiations, develop commercial hedging products, influence regulatory access and market strategy, and collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Asset Management and Corporate Finance to ensure bankable, revenue-optimised projects.

Manage the full lifecycle of O&M and related contracts for a battery energy storage portfolio: drafting, negotiation, compliance monitoring, claims and LD recovery, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and supporting commercial, operational and governance activities to ensure contractual and performance alignment.

Support growth of Zenobē's Portable Power business by identifying use cases, generating leads, developing commercial and technical proposals, managing client relationships and CRM, enabling energy reporting, collaborating with operations and engineering, and executing contract close and handover.

Lead delivery of Operational Technology work packages for BESS projects: manage project lifecycle, schedules, costs, stakeholders, technical integration (EMS/PCS/SCADA), suppliers, risks, and commissioning to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Assess and originate large-scale transmission and distribution battery storage investments: financial modelling, M&A, commercial structuring, revenue forecasting, regulatory analysis, investment committee papers, cross-functional deal execution, international market bids, partner development and line management of junior staff.
