Leads the group treasury function, managing approximately £2 billion in project debt across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include liquidity and cash management, debt portfolio oversight, covenant forecasting, hedging, treasury policy and risk controls, lender relationships, corporate transactions, team leadership, governance reporting, and implementation of a treasury management system. The role will build treasury processes and transition day-to-day debt activities from Corporate Finance.

Supports accounts payable and receivable across more than 50 group companies, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, credit control, payment runs, accruals, expense auditing, tax administration, and month-end close activities. The role also analyzes financial data, supports automation initiatives, and provides information to internal and external stakeholders. Success requires adaptability, attention to detail, collaboration, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Build and lead Zenobē’s North American demand-generation engine for fleet electrification. Establish lead definitions, scoring, routing, nurture, sales handoff, attribution, and funnel reporting in Salesforce and HubSpot. Plan and execute digital campaigns, events, webinars, content, PR, memberships, sponsorships, and potential partner marketing. Manage agencies and external resources, track qualified leads, pipeline contribution, marketing ROI, and cost per SQL, while collaborating with sales, product, regional, and global marketing teams.

Leads legal and compliance matters for Zenobē’s North American business, including commercial contracts, public procurement, grants, M&A, financing, construction, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and data privacy. The role provides practical advice to senior leaders, personally drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel, and builds scalable legal processes in a rapidly growing clean-energy company.

Lead FP&A strategic planning, scenario and capital allocation analysis; partner with leadership to translate financial insight into decisions; improve FP&A processes, models and tools; support M&A, underwriting and business development; mentor junior analysts and embed analytics/AI in finance to scale the team and support rapid geographic and product growth.
