Provide legal support across commercial, corporate and financing matters: draft/review NDAs and contracts, manage contract execution (DocuSign), maintain contract repository, assist company incorporations, KYC/AML due diligence, conduct legal research, develop templates, and support legal operations and administrative tasks.

Support Corporate Finance in structuring, analysing and executing group financing, investment and M&A activities. Lead project and asset finance debt raises for battery storage and EV fleets, portfolio-level capital optimisation, joint ventures, transaction management, investment committee preparation, loan monitoring, advisor management and contribute to financial reporting and KPIs.

Manage the UK flex power procurement portfolio and customer accounts: execute trading positions, produce daily/monthly market reports, negotiate and deliver power pricing and contracts, support sales/renewals and product development, liaise with analytics and suppliers, validate invoices, resolve queries, and help scale procurement offerings internationally while improving processes and tools.
