Supports photo and video productions by preparing sets, staging products and props, assisting with setup and teardown, coordinating shoot-day logistics, and helping producers with schedules and vendor confirmations.

Own Zenni’s corporate social responsibility strategy, budget, partnerships, vision health education, community programs, impact storytelling, and reporting. Lead nonprofit and school relationships, vision screening events, educational resources, cross-functional brand initiatives, vendor logistics, KPI measurement, and executive updates. The role focuses on expanding access to vision care for students, families, and underserved communities while integrating social impact throughout Zenni’s brand communications.

Own influencer campaigns from creator research and relationship building through briefs, content review, gifting, timelines, payments, performance reporting, and leadership recaps. Coordinate creator events in Los Angeles, manage campaign trackers and budgets, support localized market strategies, and collaborate with social, brand, paid media, and PR teams. Monitor creator trends, platform updates, and cultural opportunities to strengthen Zenni’s creator marketing efforts.

Coordinate daily office and workplace operations, including front desk services, visitor management, facilities, safety, events, purchasing, vendors, inventory, fleet records, company housing, and guest support. Manage invoices, budgets, mail, communications, onboarding setups, and administrative processes while partnering with employees, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Provide occasional after-hours support and continuously improve workplace operations.

Manage and maintain servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud services; troubleshoot workstations; support VoIP/contact center and web services; implement backups, DR, security controls (SIEM, DLP, MFA), and network optimizations; document systems and train users.

Build and maintain full-stack platforms and internal tools that power commercial operations and marketing. Translate business requirements into frontend and backend solutions, automate workflows, integrate AI capabilities, measure engineering metrics, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and global teams to deploy reliable e-commerce features and services.
