Teams at Zapier

Serve as a senior technical partner to Enterprise customers by designing, building, troubleshooting, and improving reliable automations. Lead architecture reviews, technical account planning, executive conversations, escalations, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Customer Success to improve adoption, retention, and growth while representing customer needs to Product and Engineering. Advise customers on responsible AI implementation, including AI-assisted workflows, agentic systems, evaluation, governance, security, and oversight.

Own the full mid-market sales cycle for Zapier’s AI-powered automation platform, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and expansion. Build relationships from practitioners to executives, develop business cases around automation, and navigate complex deals with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product. The role also involves attending events, generating pipeline independently, and helping establish Zapier’s mid-market go-to-market motion.

Lead a GTM Analytics team supporting Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Operations. Manage embedded analysts, establish trusted reporting and QA processes, review SQL and dashboards, guide funnel, campaign, sales, support, forecasting, segmentation, attribution, and experimentation analysis, and deliver executive recommendations. Partner with GTM leaders and data engineers, coach analysts, and develop self-service analytics, automation, governed dashboards, metric documentation, and AI-assisted workflows.
