Designs scalable UI, API, backend, integration, database, event-driven, and end-to-end automation frameworks; integrates quality gates into CI/CD pipelines; drives performance, resilience, and scalability testing; establishes quality metrics and best practices; mentors engineers; and explores AI-driven quality engineering approaches.

Support PMO governance and business performance reporting across projects, programs, portfolios, and functional operations.
