Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams throughout Agile delivery, manages functional risks, builds customer relationships, and mentors junior consultants.

Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for complex banking applications. Validate databases, APIs, batch workflows, event-driven systems, ETL pipelines, integrations, and data transformations. Create comprehensive test documentation, develop automated tests, analyze defects, manage testing risks, and communicate release quality. Lead technical workstreams, client workshops, testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and production support. Provide technical direction, mentor junior consultants, manage delivery risks, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, maintainable, and operationally ready.

Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, social assets, campaign content, and sales enablement materials. Repurpose webinars, interviews, events, and existing footage into engaging clips for digital channels. Build reusable branded templates, prepare files for channel-specific specifications, organize project assets, and collaborate with marketing and brand teams. The role improves the speed, consistency, and quality of video production while simplifying complex messages through clear visual design and concise editing.

Produce polished video content for product marketing, customer stories, executive interviews, events, social media, campaigns, and sales enablement. Manage projects from concept through delivery, including scripts, storyboards, shoots, editing, motion graphics, stakeholder reviews, exports, and asset organization. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to simplify complex enterprise technology narratives for banking and technology audiences while managing timelines, vendors, and production logistics.

Lead client workshops and consulting engagements for global banks, analyze business processes, design and configure banking products, pricing, rates, fees, billing, and business rules on the Zafin SaaS platform. Translate requirements into functional solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, support testing and production readiness, and advise senior stakeholders on banking transformation and client adoption.

Leads quality engineering strategy for an enterprise SaaS banking platform. Designs scalable UI, API, backend, integration, database, event-driven, and end-to-end automation frameworks; integrates quality gates into CI/CD pipelines; drives performance, resilience, and scalability testing; establishes quality metrics and best practices; mentors engineers; and explores AI-driven quality engineering approaches.

Support PMO governance and business performance reporting across projects, programs, portfolios, and functional operations. Responsibilities include maintaining executive dashboards, tracking KPIs, costs, resource utilization, demand-capacity, risks, issues, commitments, and cloud FinOps trends. The role coordinates reporting with cross-functional teams, facilitates governance forums, ensures data quality and audit readiness, and improves or automates PMO processes using tools such as Jira, MS Project, Tempo, Power BI, and Excel.

Lead enterprise software and integration implementations using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. Translate customer requirements into technical designs, lead development through deployment, troubleshoot distributed production systems, conduct client workshops, support implementations, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor junior developers or consultants.

Conduct primary and secondary market research to support strategic decisions and new product launches across global markets. Analyze, validate, audit, and maintain large datasets for product offerings, identifying discrepancies and applying data-quality guidelines.
