Teams at Zafin

Own enterprise learning operations, LMS governance, product and release-linked learning, onboarding readiness, stakeholder coordination, AI-enabled learning adoption, and impact reporting. The role converts product and business priorities into structured learning journeys, manages dashboards and governance routines, improves time-to-productivity, and coordinates Product, Technology, Customer Enablement, HR, and subject-matter experts across global teams.

Supports the configuration, development, testing, integration, troubleshooting, deployment readiness, and production support of Zafin SaaS solutions for financial institutions. Translates client requirements into technical specifications, data mappings, APIs, workflows, testing tasks, and documentation. Collaborates with business analysts, developers, QA, DevOps, architects, project managers, and clients while developing expertise in enterprise SaaS, banking technology, and technical consulting.

Lead platform-wide architecture for Zafin's AI Operating System, define standards for agents, RAG, orchestration, integration, security, and governance; review squad architectures; create reusable reference architectures; mentor architects and engineers; advise executive stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant AI implementations across client engagements.
