Lead end-to-end Zafin One banking platform implementation projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, technical direction, governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality. Coordinate cross-functional teams, provide systems integration guidance, review technical work and coding standards, remove roadblocks, prepare leadership reports, and ensure customer commitments are delivered on time and within budget.

Leads strategy, roadmap, and execution for Zafin’s Corporate & Commercial Banking product portfolio. Manages and develops Product Managers and Product Analysts while partnering with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, executives, and customers. Responsibilities include market research, portfolio performance analysis, prioritization, customer engagement, product demonstrations, pricing input, sales enablement, requirements evaluation, and delivery oversight across multiple enterprise SaaS banking products.

Lead complex, customer-facing banking technology programs from mobilization through implementation and go-live. Build transformation roadmaps, coordinate globally distributed product, engineering, architecture, QA, and consulting teams, and manage scope, risks, dependencies, governance, economics, and executive reporting. Serve as a trusted partner to senior financial institution stakeholders, resolve delivery challenges, improve accountability, and establish repeatable transformation practices.
