Owns the end-to-end software release process, including release calendars, readiness criteria, go/no-go decisions, cutover and rollback planning, stakeholder communications, risk management, and post-release improvement. The role requires strong software delivery knowledge, communication skills, and production release experience, but is not hands-on development.
