Owns the end-to-end software release process, including release calendars, readiness criteria, go/no-go decisions, cutover and rollback planning, stakeholder communications, risk management, and post-release improvement. Coordinates engineering, QA, DevOps, project teams, and client stakeholders while partnering on deployment automation, environments, branching, and versioning. The role requires strong software delivery knowledge, communication skills, and production release experience, but is not hands-on development.

Own and scale enterprise go-to-market strategy across sales, offerings, strategic partnerships, pipeline, bookings, and revenue. Personally lead complex consulting and technology-services pursuits while building a repeatable sales motion, developing differentiated offerings, establishing partner-led strategies, improving CRM and forecasting discipline, and creating scalable operating processes. The role initially combines hands-on enterprise selling with leadership, coaching, executive reporting, and organizational design.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale CPQ/CRM/commerce and digital transformation implementations. Oversee multiple Agile teams, manage project financials and risks, drive stakeholder alignment, create executive reporting, and support continuous improvement to ensure successful enterprise program execution.
