Support design, configuration, and implementation of CPQ/Quote-to-Cash solutions (ServiceNow/Logik.ai). Participate in client-facing discovery, solution design, integration support, development, testing, and documentation under senior guidance.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow Field Service Management solutions: run discovery workshops, design scalable FSM architectures, lead implementations and integrations, support pre-sales scoping and SOWs, provide technical leadership to development teams, and mentor junior consultants.

Configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions focused on Order Management and fulfillment. Design and test workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations. Integrate ServiceNow with CRM/CPQ/ERP systems, manage platform administration, document configurations, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment.
