The role also supports vendor contracts, collections, billing compliance, and coordination among operations, payroll, purchasing, and accounting teams.

Provides front-desk reception and clerical support, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scanning and routing accounting documents, coordinating mail and shipments, maintaining office supplies and equipment, supporting employee onboarding, and maintaining office spaces. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency, and experience in client-facing, multidisciplinary environments.
