Leads Yearout Mechanical’s accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, construction project accounting, percentage-of-completion forecasting, cash management, audits, budgeting, and financial analysis. Oversees AR, AP, job costing, general ledger, contracts management, and related teams while partnering with project managers, operations, payroll, HR, and corporate finance. Optimizes Sage systems, strengthens controls, and provides leadership with insights into project performance, margins, risks, and cash flow.

Leads accounting operations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, vendor management, cash flow, job costing, credit card programs, and financial reporting. Supervises accounting personnel, ensures SOX and regulatory compliance, manages Sage 300 postings and month-end close, approves payments, monitors working-capital metrics, and improves accounting processes. The role also supports vendor contracts, collections, billing compliance, and coordination among operations, payroll, purchasing, and accounting teams.

Provides front-desk reception and clerical support, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scanning and routing accounting documents, coordinating mail and shipments, maintaining office supplies and equipment, supporting employee onboarding, and maintaining office spaces. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency, and experience in client-facing, multidisciplinary environments.
