Lead employer branding and employee experience initiatives for Yardi Romania. Coordinate engagement programs, internal communications, events, webinars, workshops, celebrations, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders. Develop creative communication campaigns and employee-facing content, monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback, and recommend improvements. Support recruitment marketing, external partnerships, and initiatives that strengthen Yardi’s reputation as an employer of choice.

The PPC Specialist will manage and optimize PPC campaigns for clients in real estate using Google Ads and Meta Ads, analyze data, and propose strategies for improvements.

Lead SEO strategy and execution for Yardi Matrix and support CPE and MHN. Perform technical audits, on-page and off-page optimizations, keyword research, monitoring of SEO KPIs, competitor benchmarking, and collaborate with editorial and development teams to implement technical SEO and AI-search optimizations.
