Your impact:We are looking for an experienced marketing analyst to join our marketing team and bring analytical depth to the way we understand, measure, and grow our consumer-facing platform, RentCafe.
You will work with large datasets spanning traffic, conversions, user behavior, and marketing performance to surface insights that drive smarter decisions across the team. From building and maintaining reporting frameworks to interpreting test results, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, your work will directly inform how we acquire, engage, and convert users at scale.
You will be part of a collaborative marketing team, working closely with colleagues across different specializations to ensure analytical findings translate into meaningful product and strategy improvements.
This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.
What you'll bring along:- University degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, data, and digital marketing performance
- Proficient in Excel (required), SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Ability to analyze large, complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into clear business recommendations
- Ability to critically evaluate data sources, identify inconsistencies, and ensure methodological accuracy across platforms
- Resourceful and adaptable when approaching data interpretation challenges, particularly in ambiguous or undefined problem spaces
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable working independently and managing projects with limited day-to-day direction
- Confident in presenting data-driven findings and recommendations to senior and executive-level stakeholders

- Analyze large datasets to develop clear, well-reasoned conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Present data and findings in a clear, visually compelling, and accessible way for both technical and business audiences
