Support DeltaV configuration, control modules, graphics, alarms, commissioning, qualification, startup, troubleshooting, and GMP-compliant documentation while collaborating with internal teams and a system integrator to meet project milestones.

Manage and optimize daily laboratory operations, oversee equipment provisioning and maintenance, coordinate lab moves and installations, collaborate with IT and scientific staff on automation and systems, and ensure safety and project execution across facility projects.

Designs, develops, installs, commissions, qualifies, and supports automation solutions. Troubleshoots complex issues, documents configurations in a GxP environment, maintains project files (BOM, drawings), and mentors junior engineers while managing risks and ensuring compliance.

Manage small-to-mid sized automation and logistics projects or workstreams: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineering/operations/vendors/clients, track milestones/risks, support installations/testing, provide stakeholder updates, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, safety, and budgetary compliance.

Lead design, implementation, validation, and lifecycle support of automation systems for biologics manufacturing. Develop control strategies, architecture, batch recipes, and system documentation. Oversee integration, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ, ensure GMP/GAMP/ISA compliance, support cybersecurity, data integrity, MES/LIMS integration, and provide vendor and cross-functional technical leadership.
