Designs, develops, installs, commissions, qualifies, and supports automation solutions. Troubleshoots complex issues, documents configurations in a GxP environment, maintains project files (BOM, drawings), and mentors junior engineers while managing risks and ensuring compliance.

Manage small-to-mid sized automation and logistics projects or workstreams: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineering/operations/vendors/clients, track milestones/risks, support installations/testing, provide stakeholder updates, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, safety, and budgetary compliance.

The Business Development Manager will pursue new business opportunities, build relationships, manage the sales cycle, and lead collaboration across teams in life sciences and CPG sectors.
