Manage small-to-mid sized automation and logistics projects or workstreams: plan schedules and budgets, coordinate engineering/operations/vendors/clients, track milestones/risks, support installations/testing, provide stakeholder updates, mentor junior staff, and ensure quality, safety, and budgetary compliance.

Lead design, implementation, validation, and lifecycle support of automation systems for biologics manufacturing. Develop control strategies, architecture, batch recipes, and system documentation. Oversee integration, commissioning, FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ, ensure GMP/GAMP/ISA compliance, support cybersecurity, data integrity, MES/LIMS integration, and provide vendor and cross-functional technical leadership.

Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements for U.S. entities; maintain reconciliations and controls, ensure US GAAP compliance, support audits and tax filings, produce cash flow forecasts, partner with FP&A on budgets/analysis, and drive finance transformation and process improvements.
