Leads instrumentation and controls design for complex process facilities, defining specifications, equipment data, installation standards, testing requirements, and PCS interfaces. Coordinates I&C requirements across process, electrical, automation, vendors, construction, and commissioning teams. Reviews vendor scopes and long-lead equipment packages, resolves design inconsistencies, evaluates technologies and protocols, and ensures compliance with engineering standards, hazardous-area requirements, maintainability, and safe installation practices.
