Manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as an HR Business Partner for the Tampa site. Partner with managers, coach employees, support performance and compensation processes, drive engagement and culture, guide workforce planning, maintain compliant HR operations, and provide regional support to other sites. The role requires independent execution in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment and includes approximately 30% regional travel.

Manage office operations, facilities, logistics, budgets, procurement, vendors, executive support, employee onboarding, welfare programs, training, events, and community initiatives. Own quarterly earnings, investor presentations, NDRs, conferences, analyst and shareholder relationships, market intelligence, disclosure compliance, and investor communications. Partner with the CFO, CEO, Legal, FP&A, Marketing, and external IR advisors on Regulation FD, SEC disclosures, proxy materials, capital markets activity, and the company’s investment narrative.

Leads company quality initiatives, oversees incoming, in-process, and final inspections, and implements statistical process control. Resolves production and field quality issues through CAPA and root cause analysis, standardizes procedures, manages audits and non-conforming materials, and ensures products meet technical and customer requirements. The role collaborates with production, R&D, supply chain, engineering, customers, and suppliers while analyzing workflows, interpreting technical drawings, and supporting manufacturing quality.

Support SEC reporting, SOX controls, corporate governance, board and committee matters, subsidiary governance, equity plans, commercial agreements, and other legal matters for a global NYSE-listed defense technology company. The role works closely with the General Counsel, management, finance, outside counsel, trustees, and transfer agents.

Lead the C-UAS product line, focusing on strategic leadership, market penetration, and managing product lifecycles in a cross-functional setting.

The Embedded Software Engineer develops and maintains firmware for autonomous drone systems, focusing on low-level driver development and hardware/software integration.

Drive Lean Manufacturing, supplier strategy, regulatory compliance (ITAR/EAR), ERP adoption, and operational performance to meet revenue and production goals.
