Manage full-cycle recruiting and serve as an HR Business Partner for the Tampa site. Partner with managers, coach employees, support performance and compensation processes, drive engagement and culture, guide workforce planning, maintain compliant HR operations, and provide regional support to other sites. The role requires independent execution in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment and includes approximately 30% regional travel.

Manage office operations, facilities, logistics, budgets, procurement, vendors, executive support, employee onboarding, welfare programs, training, events, and community initiatives. The role focuses on creating an efficient, engaging workplace and positive employee experience while supporting senior leadership and coordinating complex internal activities.

Supports day-to-day production and assembly operations for complex electro-mechanical systems. Designs jigs and fixtures, develops illustrated work instructions, troubleshoots production issues, performs root cause analysis, leads corrective actions, and drives continuous process improvement. Trains operators, maintains manufacturing documentation, and collaborates with Production, NPI, Quality, Process Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve manufacturability, efficiency, quality, cycle time, and ergonomics.
