Leads company quality initiatives, oversees incoming, in-process, and final inspections, and implements statistical process control. Resolves production and field quality issues through CAPA and root cause analysis, standardizes procedures, manages audits and non-conforming materials, and ensures products meet technical and customer requirements. The role collaborates with production, R&D, supply chain, engineering, customers, and suppliers while analyzing workflows, interpreting technical drawings, and supporting manufacturing quality.

Lead Israel-based execution for U.S. defense programs, aligning engineering, R&D, and operations with U.S. program management. Drive schedules, milestones, risk mitigation, cross-functional coordination, and customer-facing reporting to ensure program delivery.
