The L3 Systems Engineer will provide full-time remote support for Microsoft-centric environments, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud and server systems. Candidates must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, networking, and cybersecurity, alongside excellent communication skills.

Provide technical support for Windows and Mac OS, including troubleshooting, network support, system maintenance, and user support in a hybrid environment.

Manage a portfolio of MSP clients as primary technical contact: run TBRs/QBRs, produce action plans, create quotes and scopes, coordinate internal teams, surface risks, and assist the CTO with standards and account planning.
