Provides onsite and remote Windows desktop, helpdesk, hardware, network, server, printer, VPN, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, proactive system maintenance, backup solutions, user assistance, documentation, and general firewall and cloud platform support. The role requires strong Windows proficiency, technical problem-solving, organization, communication, and onsite availability in a hybrid full-time environment.

Manage a portfolio of MSP clients as primary technical contact: run TBRs/QBRs, produce action plans, create quotes and scopes, coordinate internal teams, surface risks, and assist the CTO with standards and account planning.

Provide on-site Windows and desktop support, troubleshoot OS, network (VPN, TCP/IP, LAN), firewalls, printers and cloud services (Microsoft 365, GSuite). Perform proactive maintenance and backups, support servers and connectivity, document work, and communicate with clients.
