Manage a portfolio of MSP clients as primary technical contact: run TBRs/QBRs, produce action plans, create quotes and scopes, coordinate internal teams, surface risks, and assist the CTO with standards and account planning.

Provide on-site Windows and desktop support, troubleshoot OS, network (VPN, TCP/IP, LAN), firewalls, printers and cloud services (Microsoft 365, GSuite). Perform proactive maintenance and backups, support servers and connectivity, document work, and communicate with clients.

The L3 Systems Engineer will provide full-time remote support for Microsoft-centric environments, focusing on administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cloud and server systems. Candidates must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, networking, and cybersecurity, alongside excellent communication skills.
