I’m part of a very distributed team and we have set core hours that we all try to align with to have overlap and collaboration as a team. Outside of these core hours, we have the flexibility to tailor our schedules to our individual working styles and lifestyles. We’re encouraged to make time to recharge and live balanced lives.

My favorite part of my role has been influencing the company culture around data. Over the last year, the team has targeted our solutions to support users in either taking action or making a decision. This focused approach has enabled us to better understand the business problems, leveling up our impact.

Being at RigUp for the past three years has taught me so much and given me access to an amazing work environment and culture. As a Latina woman working in Tech and Oil/Gas, representation can be hard to come by. Here, I am able to be a part of ERGs that not only support me and my heritage but also allow me to teach and celebrate it with others!

While interning at RigUp, I had the opportunity to dive into exciting and impactful projects while being trusted to solve challenges independently. What also sets this internship apart is the strong support system that allows me to ask questions and collaborate with experienced professionals, helping me to grow as a software engineer.

RigUp has given me a diverse set of experiences and a unique career path. I joined as one of the first Enterprise sales executives, gaining invaluable skills during rapid growth. Now, as Sr Director of Revenue Operations, I connect strategy with execution, ensuring efficiency, predictability, and scalability.

I'm proud to work alongside our exceptional legal team, and partner daily with colleagues across the company – from engineers to account managers to financial analysts. At RigUp, I'm grateful to be part of a team that's transforming the energy industry and maintaining a culture of growth and cooperation.
