The role also explores generative AI and translates business requirements into technical solutions.

Lead customer and partner API integration projects across the Netherlands, manage API certification, troubleshoot complex integrations, and advise on technical solutions and best practices. Translate customer feedback into product improvements, support pre-sales, validate API behavior, and collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Sales. Contribute to regional API standards and knowledge sharing across Belgium, the Netherlands, and the UK.

Manage day-to-day relationships with corporate, law firm, and small business customers; deliver consultative service via verbal and written communications; manage full order lifecycle, resolve escalations, drive cross-sell opportunities, and prioritize high volumes of requests using Salesforce and internal systems while developing subject-matter expertise.
