Serve as the primary contact for creators through online chat and calls. Provide accurate product and service information, resolve concerns, maintain satisfaction, and collaborate with internal stakeholders on solutions. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, adaptability, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for digital platforms and the creator community.

Leads a five-person affiliate marketing team, manages top creator relationships, monitors GMV and conversion performance, identifies growth opportunities, improves operational processes, coaches team members, collaborates cross-functionally, and reports performance to leadership.

Manage and grow strategic brand accounts, track performance, resolve escalations, and identify revenue opportunities. Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate ongoing activities through a central control function, improve operational workflows, and develop new revenue initiatives. The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, communication, campaign execution, and experience with D2C brands in a fast-paced startup environment.
