Automates and manages development, test, and production environments, including server configuration, provisioning, monitoring, versioning, and infrastructure stability. Manages change and release processes, facilitates CAB meetings, performs deployments and rollbacks, and participates in weekend on-call support. Collaborates with development, infrastructure, network security, and other teams to improve automation, reliability, release speed, and operational processes.

Supports production platforms through 24/7 monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, escalation, on-call support, application deployments, and change requests. The role collaborates with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams to improve system reliability, maintains knowledge of products and services, and provides technical education and support. Training is provided, with progression opportunities into DevOps, software development, systems administration, and infrastructure engineering.

Manage configuration, environments, change processes, and software releases across Windows and Linux systems. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration changes, deployments, monitoring, and rollbacks using cloud, infrastructure-as-code, configuration-management, container, and CI/CD technologies. Facilitate Change Advisory Board meetings, troubleshoot environment issues, support production reliability, and participate in weekend on-call rotations while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and network security teams.
