Manage and grow a sales territory by developing sales plans, forecasting pipeline, prospecting new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and promoting decorative surfacing and building products. Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, dealers, builders, architects, and designers; coordinate with internal teams; maintain Salesforce records; conduct customer visits; attend trade events; and travel throughout the territory.

Promotes and sells decorative surfaces, cabinet hardware, and building products across a designated territory. Develops new and existing customer accounts, creates demand among fabricators, cabinet and millwork businesses, dealers, contractors, and builders, manages sales pipelines, forecasts performance, documents activities in Salesforce, and builds relationships with customers and internal teams. Conducts daily customer meetings and travels within the territory, including some overnight travel.

Operates buffing, polishing, grinding, and glass-beading equipment to refinish press plates.
