Promotes and sells decorative surfaces, cabinet hardware, and building products across a designated territory. Develops new and existing customer accounts, creates demand among fabricators, cabinet and millwork businesses, dealers, contractors, and builders, manages sales pipelines, forecasts performance, documents activities in Salesforce, and builds relationships with customers and internal teams. Conducts daily customer meetings and travels within the territory, including some overnight travel.

Drive commercial growth by securing and converting product specifications with architects, designers, and specification writers. Build strategic relationships, provide product and application guidance, track opportunities in CRM, collaborate with sales/distribution/fabricators, execute merchandising and presentations, represent the company at industry events, and report feedback to internal teams to increase specification adoption and project conversion.

Operates buffing, polishing, grinding, and glass-beading equipment to refinish press plates. Removes hard coatings using corrosive chemicals, repairs surface defects, trims plates, monitors quality, performs basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, manages chemical waste, maintains records, schedules plate returns, and follows safety procedures while handling heavy materials and machinery.

Control and execute the lay-up process at an assigned table: prepare and assemble materials per schedule, monitor quality and dimensions, vacuum and cover runs, count patterns, complete paperwork and computer entries, train new team members, operate lift truck and cut-down table, support press material needs, participate in Lean activities, and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Responsibilities include gathering materials, preparing tables, assembling patterns, monitoring quality and dimensions, completing paperwork and computer entries, training team members, supporting Lean initiatives, and preparing the next shift. Requires regular attendance, safety awareness, pattern and finish identification, lift truck operation, cut-down table use, and tape-measure skills.

Service, transfer and store materials for assembly and melamine sheeters. Pull, inspect, and inventory patterned materials; operate lifts; enter inventory data into Oracle; support production runs, prevent downtime, and maintain work area cleanliness and safety.

Operate and maintain melamine treater and rewinder equipment; cut, stack, and rewind treated materials to specified dimensions and quality standards. Change rolls, cores, pallets, and move materials with a lift truck. Create Oracle tags, follow ISO and safety procedures, minimize equipment downtime, inspect visual quality, and train as a backup Checkers operator. Requires regular attendance and the ability to perform heavy physical work during extended shifts.

Leads global digital commerce, web, mobile, and e-commerce technology initiatives within Corporate IT. Oversees digital architecture, platform development, analytics, integrations, application delivery, governance, project execution, vendors, and international resources. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and regional teams to improve customer experience, revenue processes, and operational efficiency. Champions generative AI, intelligent automation, and agentic AI adoption while ensuring security, scalability, compliance, and responsible governance.

Operate and maintain melamine treater equipment, cut and stack treated material to specified lengths, inspect for visual defects, run rewinders, label pallets, complete WIP jobs in Oracle, and maintain a clean, safe work area under supervisor direction.

Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, enter and manage orders using 10-key data entry into internal systems, support daily order management, and perform general office/customer service tasks.

Lead product management for Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) product line: manage new product introductions, lifecycle planning, market research, pricing, forecasting, inventory coordination, cross-functional leadership, and sales enablement to maximize portfolio returns.

Assist with lay-up assembly tasks under direction of higher-level layup team members. Prepare and verify materials, cut paper, vacuum and cover completed runs, inspect for defects, count core material, read schedules, use puller/pattern identification screens, operate cutdown equipment and lifts, and participate in Lean and safety processes to meet production pace.

Own process setup, control plans, cleanliness program, troubleshooting, start-ups/changeovers, preventative maintenance coordination, SOPs/training, KPI tracking (OEE, scrap, yield), and shift leadership to stabilize coat weight and reduce defects.
