Drives Wilsonart Quartz growth through regional sales, distribution-team engagement, fabrication-partner relationships, OEM development, industry participation, and market-expansion programs. Trains sales and specification teams, promotes products, secures sample placement, supports product and marketing initiatives, maintains opportunity records, and provides reporting and feedback. Requires frequent collaboration with internal leadership, customers, fabricators, manufacturers, and industry organizations, along with travel and professional presentations.

Supports onsite HR operations, including weekly payroll inputs, timekeeping, employee onboarding, records maintenance, leave and compliance administration, temporary workforce coordination, invoice and purchasing tasks, employee communications, benefits support, and engagement events. The role handles confidential employee information, recurring deadlines, HR inquiries, and HRIS updates while supporting employees across the site and broader US HR team.

Leads warehouse, customer service, inventory, transportation, and logistics operations across multiple regional distribution locations. Manages location leaders, establishes performance goals, standardizes processes, oversees safety and compliance, manages budgets and inventory strategy, coordinates delivery routing and fleet utilization, and partners with Sales and HR. Requires strong operational, financial, analytical, and change-management skills, with responsibility for leadership development, continuous improvement, and regional results.
