Territory-focused hunter sales representative selling and renting material handling equipment across Prince George and Northwest BC. Prospect new business, manage pipeline from outreach to close, conduct on-site demos and walkarounds, grow accounts, build customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Regular regional travel and occasional U.S. travel for training/events.

Lead strategic sales planning and execution across construction business units. Manage budgets, forecasts, OEM and key account relationships, and sales team performance. Coach and develop multi-unit sales leaders, maintain CRM and reporting, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct client meetings, and optimize inventory to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Oversee and grow branch operations (service, parts, yard, maintenance) across Prince George and Terrace. Drive customer experience, team productivity, financial performance, recruitment, training, safety compliance, and cross-department collaboration to achieve profitable revenue growth in service, parts, and rentals.

Manage inbound leads, prospect high-value customers, qualify needs, recommend equipment solutions, use Dynamics 365 to track opportunities, and collaborate with Parts, Service, and Rentals teams.
