The Paid Media Manager will develop and execute multi-channel paid advertising strategies across client accounts. Responsibilities include managing search, social, display, remarketing, shopping, ecommerce, and lead-generation campaigns; optimizing budgets, product feeds, tracking, and performance; producing actionable reports; presenting results to clients; coordinating with SEO, PR, email, web, and creative teams; and supporting audits, forecasts, proposals, and new business initiatives.

Manages office administration, including interior and renovation coordination, vendor sourcing and negotiation, workplace cleanliness, maintenance, hospitality, and daily administrative operations. The role requires independent coordination with vendors and contractors, employee and visitor support, problem-solving, and travel for vendor meetings. Candidates need a graduate degree, 1–2 years of administrative experience, and a two-wheeler for office conveyance.

Manages SEO activities across multiple client accounts, including technical audits, on-page optimization, content optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and client communication. Collaborates with content, social, and digital PR teams on integrated search strategies, identifies account growth opportunities, and uses AI tools to support SEO analysis and account management.

Manage paid social and display client accounts, developing cross-channel strategies, executing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, DV360 and related platforms. Responsibilities include client communication, media planning, budget and delivery management, performance analysis, testing, risk identification, account growth, and collaboration with creative, analytics, retail media and ad technology teams. The role also supports knowledge sharing and junior colleague development.

Plan, execute, optimize, and report on multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, and other platforms. Manage budgets, bids, targeting, tracking, attribution, testing, and performance against KPIs. Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, present actionable insights, coordinate with internal teams and media partners, and support client relationships.

Develop SEO strategies for prospective and existing clients, conduct audits and research, create proposals and roadmaps, support presales activities, present to clients, manage communications, and monitor performance using leading SEO tools. The role covers technical, on-page, off-page, ORM, ASO, and YouTube SEO in a fast-paced agency environment.

Manage digital marketing projects for U.S. clients from planning through delivery. Coordinate SEO, PPC, content, social media, and development teams; track schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality. Serve as the primary client contact, provide project reporting, resolve issues, gather feedback, and support long-term client relationships.
