Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting the Engineering Services team with PLM data migration, materials standards analysis, CAD modeling, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOM creation, drawing updates, continuous improvement, and occasional materials testing. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams, attention to detail, independent work, and adherence to engineering documentation protocols.

Leads end-to-end supply chain execution for projects, ensuring material readiness, supplier delivery, procurement performance, planning integration, and data integrity. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and system maintenance for AutoCAD and custom engineering applications. The role supports CAD, PLM, ERP, and BIM systems; coordinates with software vendors; participates in upgrades and patches; and contributes to software development, customization, version control, and change management.

Supports and troubleshoots SolidWorks and other engineering systems, assists users through technical support and training, and coordinates with CAD and PLM vendors. Maintains documentation, participates in system upgrades and patches, and contributes to software development and customization using established coding, version-control, and change-management practices. The role also helps improve system stability, scalability, and integration across engineering, manufacturing, and business processes.

Designs and delivers ride pumping and mechanical systems for global installations. Responsibilities include producing drawings, P&IDs, CAD models, bills of materials, pumping calculations, and engineering documentation; coordinating with project, product, and supply chain teams; supporting commissioning and customer handover; resolving design issues; conducting design reviews; and maintaining standardized CAD libraries and reusable mechanical solutions.

Coordinates project administration from sale through design, engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, certification, and final settlement. Maintains project records, supports procurement and sales orders, tracks revenue collection and installation activities, documents meetings, monitors action items, and prepares reports. Collaborates with clients and internal stakeholders to define scope and deliverables. May oversee small projects while supporting on-time delivery, margins, revenue, and warranty performance.

Leads cross-functional product development teams from concept through commercialization. Oversees Stage-Gate compliance, engineering documentation, design reviews, risk assessment, prototyping, testing, verification, commissioning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Provides technical direction, approves calculations and designs, coordinates stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and mentors engineering team members. The role requires product design experience, mechanical systems knowledge, project management skills, and global travel availability.

Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and project modules. Configure functionality, manage security and releases, triage tickets, govern master data, deliver enhancements, maintain Power BI reporting, investigate data discrepancies, and train users. The role translates business requirements into ERP solutions, coordinates with developers, documents processes, and communicates status to stakeholders.

Design, deliver, and commission safety-compliant ride control systems. Lead PLC/HMI development and control architecture, perform functional safety design and validation, troubleshoot and commission on-site, support proposals, drive standardization, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations across global projects.

Drive aesthetic refinement and manufacturability of products: support Development Leads through stage-gate processes, create and refine forms, produce CAD models and drawings, collaborate cross-functionally, simplify part architecture, support prototyping and testing, and follow ECO/PDM processes.
