Supports the design, development, testing, qualification, and manufacture of composite products. Responsibilities include SolidWorks CAD modeling and drafting, technical documentation, materials testing, database management, laboratory maintenance, manufacturing support, prototype validation, process improvement, and issue resolution. The role independently manages technical work packages, collaborates with suppliers and internal teams, and provides guidance to junior technologists and drafters.

Provides manufacturing engineering support across global suppliers and production processes. Assesses supplier capabilities, supports design for manufacturability, validates tooling and processes, and manages production launches. Leads PFMEAs, quality planning, process documentation, change approvals, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Engineering and Quality on drawings, inspections, and manufacturing standards while providing supplier coaching and on-site technical support. International travel to supplier facilities and project sites may reach 25%.

Leads engineers, designers, and technical staff developing and improving waterpark products. Responsibilities include coaching, resource planning, capacity management, technical guidance, project ownership, Stage-Gate execution, design review, budgeting, scheduling, prototype testing, commissioning, risk assessment, and continuous improvement. The role also supports hiring, succession planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration through product commercialization.
