Leads cross-functional product development teams from concept through commercialization. Oversees Stage-Gate compliance, engineering documentation, design reviews, risk assessment, prototyping, testing, verification, commissioning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning. Provides technical direction, approves calculations and designs, coordinates stakeholders, drives continuous improvement, and mentors engineering team members. The role requires product design experience, mechanical systems knowledge, project management skills, and global travel availability.

Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across finance, procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and project modules. Configure functionality, manage security and releases, triage tickets, govern master data, deliver enhancements, maintain Power BI reporting, investigate data discrepancies, and train users. The role translates business requirements into ERP solutions, coordinates with developers, documents processes, and communicates status to stakeholders.

Design, deliver, and commission safety-compliant ride control systems. Lead PLC/HMI development and control architecture, perform functional safety design and validation, troubleshoot and commission on-site, support proposals, drive standardization, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations across global projects.
