Support a high-volume automotive Sales Consultant by managing customer communications, follow-up, appointment scheduling, CRM tasks, trade-in information, vehicle preparation, deliveries, and post-sale outreach. The role coordinates with management, finance, service, and detail teams while handling Marketplace inquiries and promoting inventory. Success requires strong organization, phone and written communication, urgency, customer rapport, multitasking, dependability, and comfort learning new technology. Automotive sales experience is not required.

Support corporate accounting for multiple franchised dealerships: process vehicle deals, reconcile bank statements and deposits, handle AR/AP, assist payroll, support month-end, title and inventory accounting, and help improve systems and processes using modern dealership software.

Sell pre-owned vehicles through consultative, relationship-driven sales. Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, address objections, follow up for referrals, and maintain product knowledge. Provide excellent customer service and meet performance-based targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.
