Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: arrange customer financing and F&I products, structure deals for profitability, prepare and deliver contracts, submit deals to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, audit post-sale deals, and guarantee timely funding.

Support corporate accounting for multiple franchised dealerships: process vehicle deals, reconcile bank statements and deposits, handle AR/AP, assist payroll, support month-end, title and inventory accounting, and help improve systems and processes using modern dealership software.

Perform routine automotive maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations), complete multi-point inspections, assist technicians with repairs, maintain a clean work area, and follow manufacturer and dealership service procedures. On-the-job training and advancement opportunities provided.

Sell pre-owned vehicles through consultative, relationship-driven sales. Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, address objections, follow up for referrals, and maintain product knowledge. Provide excellent customer service and meet performance-based targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.
