Arrange customer vehicle financing, present insurance and ownership products, structure profitable deals, make credit decisions, submit contracts to lenders, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare and deliver paperwork, audit completed deals, and secure timely funding. The role requires dealership finance and insurance knowledge, negotiation skills, familiarity with title and registration laws, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Sell pre-owned vehicles through consultative, relationship-driven sales. Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, address objections, follow up for referrals, and maintain product knowledge. Provide excellent customer service and meet performance-based targets in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Support corporate accounting for multiple franchised dealerships: process vehicle deals, reconcile bank statements and deposits, handle AR/AP, assist payroll, support month-end, title and inventory accounting, and help improve systems and processes using modern dealership software.
