Manages vehicle title, registration, tax, and compliance transactions for fleet vehicles. Responsibilities include preparing and assigning paperwork, resolving jurisdictional rejections, processing initial registrations and renewals, managing requirements and system records, coordinating with DMVs, vendors, dealers, clients, and drivers, and tracking cases through completion. The role requires accuracy with legal documents, strong follow-up, customer service, organization, problem-solving, basic tax calculations, and proficiency with office software and web-based systems.

Lead preparation, review, and filing of business personal property tax returns using PTMS; manage property tax payments, appeals, and audits; provide advanced sales/use tax support using Vertex and tax research tools; drive process improvements, liaise with taxing authorities, and support tax planning and special projects.

Lead cross-functional operational improvements using Lean/Six Sigma and structured problem solving. Identify high-value pain points, design workflow and automation solutions, drive implementation with analytics, and measure sustained business outcomes across quality, cost, cycle time, and customer experience.

Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics and AI solutions supporting quoting, lease conversion, billing, and settlements. Partner with client-facing teams to translate consulting needs into predictive models, benchmarking, and actionable recommendations. Build data pipelines, predictive ML models, and analytical tools using Python, SQL, LLM frameworks, and DevOps practices; document, test, and deliver scalable solutions while advising stakeholders and promoting data-driven decision-making.

Process and complete third-party driver, purchaser, and auction vehicle sales within KPIs. Manage titles, state-specific paperwork, salvage and Canadian sales, vendor relationships, and client billing. Support response center inquiries, resolve sales exceptions, and audit sale documentation to ensure accurate billing.

Designs, administers, and improves compensation, rewards, and recognition programs; supports annual merit/bonus/salary planning; performs market pricing, job architecture, pay equity, and compliance analyses; builds compensation models and reports; configures Workday compensation data; manages recognition platform and provides consultative guidance to managers and HR partners.

Manage Truck Remarketing portfolio activities including asset closeouts, invoice auditing and collections, debit/credit memos, payment processing to investors/vendors, reporting, and supporting account managers on terminations, buyouts, and billing research.

Lead and develop a multi-layered billing and invoicing organization responsible for accurate, timely, high-volume billing across multi-service fleet offerings. Oversee invoice design (including EDI), billing technology and governance, revenue capture, dispute resolution, controls, and audits. Partner cross-functionally to onboard complex clients, drive automation, reduce errors, and improve AR and cash collection.

Partner with business leaders and frontline teams to identify high-value operational problems, quantify impact, redesign workflows, and implement practical solutions using Lean/Six Sigma, automation, and data. Drive measurable outcomes (productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, customer experience), lead change, facilitate Kaizen events, and embed sustainable performance measurement and adoption.

Support assigned client accounts through onboarding, coordination, and SLA-driven operational execution. Manage client communications, generate reports, resolve escalations, oversee vehicle lifecycle and logistics, maintain client data in Salesforce/ePlan/Fleetview, and assist process improvements and documentation.

Perform fundamental financial analysis (BS/IS/CF), underwrite and recommend credit decisions, monitor portfolio risk, produce credit reports and periodic reviews, build automated credit processes and dashboards, and collaborate with sales and AR to manage client risk and collections.
