The Senior Accountant will manage month-end close activities, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, payroll liabilities, VAT returns, audits, and tax-related processes. The role includes managing bank reconciliations in a multinational, multicurrency environment, supporting acquired-entity integrations and statutory reporting, documenting accounting procedures, and recording transfer pricing entries. The position requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, autonomy, and proficiency with NetSuite, Ramp, Excel, and Google Suite.

Lead a small solutions engineering team handling end-to-end technical customer engagements: design and build integrations, support pre- and post-sale technical discovery, manage escalations, create playbooks and reusable technical assets, and partner cross-functionally to surface customer needs and drive adoption.

The role also owns customer communications during incidents and contributes to broader support strategy.

Own the full sales cycle for WeTravel’s platform, including outbound prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, pipeline management, follow-up, closing, and onboarding handoffs. Build relationships with U.S. tour operators, meet outreach and sales targets, collaborate with onboarding and support teams, and provide customer feedback to product and marketing. The role is primarily onsite in Chicago and includes up to 10% travel.

Own the people partnership for the GTM organization across the US, LATAM, and APAC. Advise senior leaders on organizational design, employee relations, compensation, performance, talent planning, compliance, and change management. Lead performance management and manager enablement initiatives, use people analytics to identify trends, and support hiring strategy and headcount planning. This role requires sound judgment, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience in a fast-growing global organization.

Own the full sales cycle for French & Belgian tour operators: prospecting, outreach, demos, closing deals, and handing off to onboarding. Source leads, manage pipeline in HubSpot, share market feedback with product and marketing, and collaborate with a cross-functional sales team to grow WeTravel’s presence in France and Benelux.

Owns the design and delivery of payment risk systems covering underwriting, exposure, reserves, payout controls, disputes, verification, and transaction monitoring. Leads projects from discovery through rollout and reliability monitoring while balancing fraud protection with organizer experience. Collaborates closely with Product, Payment Operations, and KYC teams, participates in on-call and incident response, mentors engineers, and helps automate manual risk decisions for a growing merchant-of-record platform.

Owns end-to-end operations for approximately 55 annual B2B events, including calendar management, logistics, vendors, contracts, invoicing, expenses, sales coordination, onsite teams, lead processes, feedback collection, and event playbook development. Partners with sales, finance, data/operations, content, design, and event organizers to ensure events run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Own end-to-end operations for approximately 55 annual B2B field events, including calendar management, logistics, vendors, contracts, invoicing, expenses, shipping, collateral, and onsite coordination. Serve as the coordination hub between sales, finance, design, data/operations, and event organizers. Track feedback, support lead routing, maintain event SOPs, and build repeatable systems. The role is remote in Canada and requires occasional work travel.

Support sensitive employment matters across US states while partnering with global People, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations teams in a remote, high-growth SaaS environment.

Own WeTravel’s Trips product domain end to end, including trip builders, itineraries, proposals, booking pages, traveler experiences, content libraries, and AI-assisted creation tools. Lead product strategy, customer research, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, adoption, and commercial outcomes. Manage two content specialists, coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and account management, and drive growth for travel organizers globally.

Lead platform infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience. Architect and manage AWS and IaC (Terraform), build SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, observability), improve CI/CD and internal developer tooling, oversee IT operations and security/compliance, and define the platform roadmap alongside engineering leadership.

The Senior Product Engineer will lead payment projects, focusing on payment method expansion, card issuing, and reliability improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
