Own WeTravel’s checkout and checkout monetization strategy as a senior individual contributor. Lead the evolution of a flexible, high-converting, multi-currency checkout across desktop and mobile while enabling cross-functional teams to build on it. Drive revenue growth through FX markup, travel insurance, and new traveler upsell products. Responsibilities include conversion optimization, pricing, analytics, UX, vendor strategy, and cross-functional product leadership.

Manage new customer onboarding by migrating trip content, building trips, training customers, and coordinating with Sales, Account Management, and Product. Own multiple onboarding projects, identify and resolve pain points, deliver personalized trainings, and perform occasional on-site setup visits to ensure clients are successfully using the WeTravel platform.

Lead platform infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience. Architect and manage AWS and IaC (Terraform), build SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident response, observability), improve CI/CD and internal developer tooling, oversee IT operations and security/compliance, and define the platform roadmap alongside engineering leadership.

Lead product strategy and execution for WeTravel's global payments and monetization stack. Own signup/KYC, traveler payments, supplier payouts, AI-assisted financial OS, PSP orchestration, ledger, security, and risk. Manage and grow a cross-functional team, work with CEO/CPO on board-level decisions, and drive revenue through payments and upsell products.

Provide frontline support to travel organizers via email, chat, and calls; troubleshoot issues, escalate and validate bugs with engineering; create and update help center content; collaborate with product and sales; manage reactive and proactive support tasks. Work remotely with occasional weekend shift and cross-team collaboration.

Lead a small solutions engineering team handling end-to-end technical customer engagements: design and build integrations, support pre- and post-sale technical discovery, manage escalations, create playbooks and reusable technical assets, and partner cross-functionally to surface customer needs and drive adoption.

The Senior Product Engineer will lead payment projects, focusing on payment method expansion, card issuing, and reliability improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
