Lead onboarding projects to migrate client content, build trips, and deliver trainings. Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Product to identify and resolve issues, manage multiple projects, and provide exceptional customer-facing support. Occasional onsite travel for client onboarding.

Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for product features, including launch coordination, channel strategy, email and in-product communications, onboarding updates, webinars, newsletters, and demo videos. Track feature adoption, identify gaps, and run campaigns to improve usage. Collaborate with product, marketing, account management, and support teams while communicating directly with customers on camera. The role also involves Spanish localization and participation in major product events.

Own WeTravel’s Trips product domain end to end, including trip builders, itineraries, proposals, booking pages, traveler experiences, content libraries, and AI-assisted creation tools. Lead product strategy, customer research, prioritization, experimentation, delivery, adoption, and commercial outcomes. Manage two content specialists, coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and account management, and drive growth for travel organizers globally.
