Processes and tracks manual and EDI purchase orders, acknowledgments, shipping notices, invoices, and retail portal fulfillment. Monitors open orders, shipment details, tracking, invoices, and compliance disputes across wholesale and international accounts. Troubleshoots EDI errors, maintains accurate order data, coordinates with internal teams and retailers, and supports process improvements and workflow automation within NetSuite and EDI systems.

Leads Westman Atelier’s global beauty education strategy, translating Gucci Westman’s artistry and clean-luxury philosophy into scalable product, artistry, service, and selling training. Develops masterclasses, digital learning content, train-the-trainer programs, retailer education, service tools, and launch materials. Partners with marketing, product, sales, events, and retail teams to improve field execution, customer experience, selling performance, and retention. Oversees education planning, gratis forecasting, measurement, market visits, coaching, and international training initiatives.

Leads sales, education, artistry, and event strategy across the NYC market. Achieves sales goals, analyzes performance, develops retailer partnerships, coaches retail and freelance teams, delivers makeup education, manages inventory and event resources, maintains visual merchandising standards, and recruits and trains retail staff. Requires strong makeup artistry, strategic thinking, organization, customer service, and regional travel flexibility.
