Full-charge bookkeeping and administrative manager responsible for AR/AP, bank and credit card reconciliations, bi-weekly payroll, benefits administration, inventory and omnichannel sales reporting, employee expense reconciliation, collaborating with external CPA, and HR functions. Requires QuickBooks expertise, GAAP knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Analyze purchasing opportunities and market trends to prevent stock outs and pricing losses. Collaborate with QC and sales, create purchase orders, produce regular reports, and support data-driven decision making.

Manage and coordinate daily facility operations, supervise staff, hire and schedule teams, track and report operations metrics, collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Warehouse and Customer Service, ensure regulatory compliance and adequate supplies, and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate costs and support, select and purchase merchandise, forecast top sellers, optimize gross margin and inventory turns, coordinate merchandising with marketing and operations, and analyze market trends to drive category strategy.

Drive sales growth by managing existing accounts and acquiring new partners. Develop and execute sales strategies, pricing, and account tactics; use pipeline reporting to manage territory; collaborate with technical and executive teams; represent the company at industry events; and ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage eCommerce channels to maximize sales and customer satisfaction: monitor seller metrics, coordinate with warehouse for dispatches/RMAs, reconcile inventory, handle Amazon FBA cases, recommend merchandising to improve turnover, and maintain data integrations.
