Assemble, build, and maintain equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards. Follow drawings and instructions, keep work areas organized and safe, identify material or process issues, support team workflow, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide administrative and receptionist support including accounts receivable/payable (NAV/QuickBooks), scheduling, customer assistance, report compilation, basic writing, and general office tasks to support the office manager and team.

Serve as primary contact for key distributors and retailers to retain and grow accounts through relationship-building, regular field visits, CRM recordkeeping, forecasting, performance analysis, negotiation, and representing the company at industry events. Provide customer care excellence, support team development, and collaborate with leadership to align engagement and drive strategic account growth.

Pre-inspect and pack eggs: inspect for defects, verify and fill cartons, place cartons into cases, apply and inspect labels, verify code printing, clean equipment per food-safety standards, report safety or quality issues, and perform other assigned packing duties. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and standing required.

Remove cases from the track, sort and stack them on correct pallets, inspect seals and labels, keep the cooler track area clean, report labeling or machine issues, and follow safety and handling procedures.

Receive, verify, and record deliveries; maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO rotation; pick and stage packaging; load outbound shipments; operate forklifts; maintain clean, food-safe storage areas; complete required documentation and support operations manager.
