The role requires frequent standing and movement in a noisy facility and occasional Saturday work.

Leads daily production and warehouse activities at an egg processing facility. Oversees grading-floor and warehouse workflow, supports team members, monitors progress, maintains product storage and rotation, reinforces safety and quality standards, communicates operational needs, and trains employees. The role requires standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, following SOPs, maintaining a clean work environment, and working around cold, heat, chemicals, machinery, and noise.

Remove cases from the track, sort and stack them on correct pallets, inspect seals and labels, keep the cooler track area clean, report labeling or machine issues, and follow safety and handling procedures.

Perform pre-inspection, packing, labeling, and cleaning of egg cartons and cases. Ensure packaging quality, verify codes and labels, maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards, lift and move packages, document inspections, report safety concerns, and follow company procedures and core values.

Build and maintain customer relationships across logistics, transportation, and cold storage services; nurture leads via phone and email; document activities in HubSpot; maintain pricing and product information; onboard customers and conduct credit checks; coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams; handle customer service issues and general office duties.

Assemble, build, and maintain equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards. Follow drawings and instructions, keep work areas organized and safe, identify material or process issues, support team workflow, and perform other duties as assigned.

Serve as primary contact for key distributors and retailers to retain and grow accounts through relationship-building, regular field visits, CRM recordkeeping, forecasting, performance analysis, negotiation, and representing the company at industry events. Provide customer care excellence, support team development, and collaborate with leadership to align engagement and drive strategic account growth.

Pre-inspect and pack eggs: inspect for defects, verify and fill cartons, place cartons into cases, apply and inspect labels, verify code printing, clean equipment per food-safety standards, report safety or quality issues, and perform other assigned packing duties. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and standing required.
