Leads egg grading production operations, supervises packing and loading staff, executes production plans, minimizes downtime, and ensures compliance with SOPs and SQF standards. Provides coaching, manages team performance, prepares equipment and facilities, coordinates production transitions, verifies grading accuracy, retrieves supplies, and completes production reporting. The role requires frequent standing and movement in a noisy facility and occasional Saturday work.

Leads daily production and warehouse activities at an egg processing facility. Oversees grading-floor and warehouse workflow, supports team members, monitors progress, maintains product storage and rotation, reinforces safety and quality standards, communicates operational needs, and trains employees. The role requires standing, lifting up to 45 pounds, following SOPs, maintaining a clean work environment, and working around cold, heat, chemicals, machinery, and noise.

Remove cases from the track, sort and stack them on correct pallets, inspect seals and labels, keep the cooler track area clean, report labeling or machine issues, and follow safety and handling procedures.
