Title: Sales Specialist

Location: NHT-Denver
Work Schedule: Regular work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Purpose of Position:
The Sales Specialist supports NHT’s growth by building & acquiring strong customer relationships, coordinating sales and ensuring accurate communication of products and services. This role serves as a key connection point between customers and internal teams while providing responsive, organized, and customer-focused support.

Essential Duties:
- Develop, manage, and grow customer relationships across all Westfield Group services, including but not limited to logistics, transportation, and cold storage.
- Nurture leads and prospects through follow-ups via email, phone, and other channels.
- Maintain accurate pricing, product, and customer information.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer-related activities in Hubspot (CRM)
- Maintain accurate service descriptions in customer portals and third-party platforms.
- Customer service-minded by assisting with problem resolution and coordinating with warehouse, shipping, and transportation teams.
- On-board new customers, ensuring customers are a good fit by conducting credit references.
- Collaborate with leadership and WEF sales to support sales activities and special projects.
- Perform general office duties as needed: including managing website contact forms and Google reviews.
- Handle incoming calls when required.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments, including sales, customer service, warehouse, shipping, and transportation.
- Sales, customer service, account management, or logistics experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Complete support of and willing adherence to NHT’s mission, vision, and core values. Applicant must hold these standards as his/her own.

Physical Requirements / Environmental Conditions:
The Sales Specialist will include long hours sitting and occasional light lifting. The Sales Specialist will need the ability to work in a busy and noisy environment while effectively managing multiple tasks and interruptions.
